Whenever these sort of truths come out, it makes me wonder how legit all of the work presented to the public by prominent male figures have been wholly their creations. Makes you reevaluate the saying, “Behind every great man is a great woman.”

Good point! The interesting thing is, as I'm studying a few historical interests about the Medieval times, how women were not always as suppressed/oppressed as they were during the Victorian times, for example. It's almost like there was a fluctuation in appreciating or equalizing women over the course of human history...

Mostly it was the church, specifically the Catholic Church in the Medieval times, that dictated all the inequality, and we're still struggling with that at times...

Indeed! And how about with fashion, how men wore heels and wigs, seemed to have more eye-catching styles, yet those "feminine" looks eventually went away for men. I find sociology so intriguing!
